I have been using Tatcha products ever since I discovered them around 3 years ago. Everything arrives promptly and beautifully packaged. They are a wonderful company to deal with.

Unhelpful customer service. I just wanted to BUY some sachets for my holiday and was told no. I have spent a lot o money on Tatcha since 12/2025 and will not be spending any more. Went with a more expensive brand who happily sent me samples.
