Got my product in a timely manner and was everything tatcha claimed it would be.

Had an issue with the indigo overnight repair, it had a giant void in it when it arrived, making the container half full of that. I sent pictures to Tatcha and they offered to send me a mini. I was good with that until it arrived and it was so tiny. I felt like more than that was missing and that stuff is so expensive. I love the products and the customer service was super nice, but was disappointed in the quality. Also I placed 4 orders in 2 weeks spending over $700 and I didn’t get any samples or anything of different products. That was a little disappointing too since I read you received samples in some post
