I can't fault the service you get from when you order from Tassimo it is always a quick delivery and the prices are much cheaper than iff you buy them at the supermarket and now that they have started a Subscription for orders you can just have them delivered whenever you state weither it's every month or every 2month it's entirely up to you. But all in all I can't fault Tassimo.
