Shipping took forever. I talked to 2 customer service people about my points not being right and after being assured they would eventually show up after 24 hours they actually went down instead of up to what both people said they would be. Very disappointed as I was going to make another purchase and use my points. Won't be buying my products from this site. Getting 2 stars because I did receive my package and like most of the products.
