I installed this tarp yesterday
I installed this tarp yesterday afternoon, covering a damaged skylight in an exposed location at an angle of about 45 degrees with the horizontal. I had to first tie ropes to the appropriate grommets and then throw the tarp over the skylight, standing at a safe location about 3 feet above it. The effort was finally a success, but it didn't work on the first try. This tarp as thicker and stiffer than many that I have used. This is a sign of higher quality. But, in my case, the tarp was so stiff, it was hard to get it to lie flat when I threw it over the skylight. (Ambient temperature was about 55 degrees F.) This is the only complaint I can think of about the tarp. Of course, I will have to wait a couple of years to see if the tarp really holds up to sun, rain, and wind. But, this looks like a good one to me. While the tarp was basically flawless, the same can not be said of the automatic email system that asked me for this review. Due to a poorly-considered user interface, I finally had to type this review twice in order to actually have it taken by the system.

We previously bought our hay
We previously bought our hay tarps from Costco. We live at 6,000 feet in the mountains of the desert SW. As you can imagine, having used the Costco tarps for several years until they became unavailable, we were surprised when the other brands could not make it through the year. The Tarps Plus products are as good or better than the Costco tarps.
