I have complete my first 1 year cycle of Tappie and it has been great. When replacing my 3 filters you can see the build up of stuff that would normally come through the tap. I prefer having this method so I can use the tap directly for drinking water rather than purchasing and replacing water tanks. The only downside is that if I wash dishes with the cold water setting it may chew through the filter longevity, this is because i dont have a separate tap installed for the filter system. Changing the filters is quite straightforward.

Once the Tappie cold drinking water filters were installed (very efficiently by the Tappie engineer) and ready to go last year, we realised that it was probably going to be a keeper: the taste of the water alone was enough to know that something was going really well! This year, I installed the new filters myself with no issues and the quality and taste of drinking water remains the same. We’re still delighted after a year, and thrilled that we don’t have to worry about heavy plastic water bottles that may or may not be contaminated, overheated or leaky. And who would have thought using a kettle would be such a novelty again?! I will definitely be renewing again next year and highly recommend the drinking water filtration system.

They change the filter every 6 months

We love our Tappie system! It could not be easier to have clean drinking water literally every second of everyday. It is amazing how dirty the filters get. We have it attached right to our tap in the kitchen so all the cold water is filtered. Its nice for our kids when we cook noodles, rice, ect to know the water has been filtered. Also the water is not sitting in plastic jugs in a trunk then on your porch, ect. The filters are a bit tough to remove on your own but totally doable.
