Excellent service and great quality of product

Great service, highly recommend it

Would highly recommend this to others. The customer service was excellent and the team was extremely helpful. The technicians also helped install a 3-way tap free of charge, and came back 3 different times to ensure that it was installed correctly.

Peace of mind with great drinking water straight from the tap. Friendly and efficient service, every time.

Good customer service and deliveries always on time

Customer service was great, installation was quick, and. Not relying on water bottles is the best part

I can confirm that installation of Tappie was successful at my apartment. There were free gifts too (a glass bottle and a plastic water dispenser). Much appreciated. Tappie’s customer service is the best I have received since my arrival in UAE. Kudos to the owner for such emphasis. Special mention to the technician Dileep too, who communicated well and made a seamless installation. I’m a happy customer, because the overall experience dealing with Tappie is too notch. 👍💯
