These shoes are very comfortable and can be used with casual or dressy clothes. They provide excellent foot support and are easy to slide on and off.

The return policy is a little complicated and takes far too long. I have been waiting since the date of my drop off to UPS on August 4th for a refund. Today is August 14th, and, according to the "tracker" the return package hasn't even arrived at Taos yet. Waiting this long for a refund this long is "a little too long". Shipping took a while but not an issue. Although there are straps to adjust I have a hard time keeping my right foot in. I think a size bigger might have been better but I always wear an eight. I am a bit disappointed.

it would have been an advantage to me if it had been stated the sandal is a medium width, I have really wide feet and probably would not have bought these sandals had I known they were only medium width.
