I was delighted to accept my recent order which included the new Stephen West book and 3 skeins of Walk yarn. I would like to say how well packaged everything was. A substantial and plastic outer to protect the inner contents (especially good with our current weather here on the South Coast!), additional card packaging for the book, together with a very attractive gift-style wrapping in purple tissue paper with book and yarns wrapped separately. The effort taken made it feel like a very special delivery. Thank you for going ‘the extra mile’ for your customers, you should know it makes a difference. In fact I am so pleased and now feel so inspired by the book and the yarn, to get shawl knitting with designs and colours which I would normally feel were out of my comfort zone, that I ordered further quantities of yarn which also arrived very promptly and were very well and beautifully packaged once again. Will not hesitate to order from Tangled Yarn in the future.
