The store was fine, I didn’t have any interaction with customer service so I can’t contribute to that aspect but the delivery was not great. I ordered these on a Monday. They shipped a week later on that Tuesday. And reached me a week later. Over a 2 week wait. I understand that this is not Amazon and there will be a longer shipping times but 2 weeks seems excessive. I’m glad I didn’t need these immediately.

I have read reviews complaining about the applicators being useless and questioned even trying these tampons, but I can honestly say I've not had any issues with the applicators nor anything else for that matter. I actually started on the monthly subscription because I like these products so much and the high standard/quality of the products
