I Order and receive very promptly! Very satisfied with them overall

Absolutely love the products. It’s well packaged and arrived faster than anticipated. Great company overall!

The ship list said I was charged $15 for the ashers laundry bag. Then when I contacted them, it took a long time for them to respond back.

Please so far! This is my first order and everything has gone smoothly.

Customer service has been wonderful every time I’ve reached out.

Quick shipping, excellent service! Love the Tampon Tribe Team.

I haven’t used the products yet, but I’m very surprised by the amount of unneeded packaging. I thought they were supposed to be eco friendly. Not sure I will continue with this company.

I think Tampon Tribe is doing something that will save a lot of women from worry and make a difference. Just getting the products delivered without needing to go out my way is helpful as a busy mom and worker.

Store, service, and delivery were just fine. My critique would be toward the design of the tampon itself. The applicator is the problem. It did not slide much at all when inserting and the “prongs” at the end that is inserted were very sharp and uncomfortable. That design should change and be much more round. Women do not want anything poking them in that process. I’m sure you do not like plastic applicators but they are useful for the reasons I have stated above.

Excellent customer service! I ordered some items that were not the right size, and not only did the customer service team go out of their way to accommodate me, but they answered all my communications and kept me up to date. Thank you so much for having a very people-centered business.

The packaging and products came with no issues

Great service!

Shipped as expected.

Great

Shipping was good!

The product are what I expected. I’ve only had one order so far, but everything shipped and arrived as expected. I do plan to reorder.

The product ingredients made me purchase these panty liners. They have a good adhesive on the back. The test for me was during my workout. Much like the commercial brands the adhesive doesn’t last. However in regular activity the adhesive works as expected, they are great. I do wish there was a longer version. Pricing is decent and shipping was fast. There was a false alarm on my end and I communicated via email and got a response back within hours. I’m happy with everything. Let me know if yall get longer ones!
