Shipping was slow, but with Covid completely understandable. The staff was everything you would want them to be: helpful, caring, knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend.

I've been buying tea from Scott at YS for ~10 years and as soon as I heard about Taiwan Sourcing I knew it was going to be great. I recently got back into to Oolongs and knew exactly where to go! I was blown away at the site's preference for natural/organic teas and that they (Simon!) seem to be processing more and more of the teas on the site themselves. The level of connection between the product and to the customer is really on another level. It doesn't get much better than this!

The website design is the only reason I subtracted a star. It's mostly only a cosmetic issue (and I don't care very much) but I think information on individual teas could be presented better. Still all really good and satisfying and I was really impressed by shipping price, speed, and quality.
