I use the high carb fuel for predominantly distance cycling, I split the 90grams between two 16oz bottles over 4 hours (+two 16 oz bottles with salts) and even at the lower ratio still feels like rocket fuel. I've also upped the concentration all the way to 90 grams in a single 16oz over 1 hour for racing and had no issues.
