Excellent install instructions

While others would require me to upgrade my garage door opener for a smart home, Tailwind does not. It’s easy to install. It works on my garage door opener (and if it works on mine it works on yours). It requires no subscription!! It does not take my data. And it works flawlessly with Apple Home. I also ordered the two remote sensing pucks and both work wonderfully. Extremely highly recommended. One of those rare 6/5 products.

I bought a home with an off brand garage door opener and was unable to find a smart controller that is compatible...except for the Tailwind iQ3 PRO. While the installation is a bit more involved than others, it is well worth the effort. The unit has impressive features and is very dependable.

Tailwind is the real deal. Great products, great customer service and a great price!

I am unhappy that Tailwind did not include the vehicle sensor device that was only included at an additional cost.

Works great

I've had this installed for about a month. So far everything works great. I can open and close the door with my Google Home, my phone, or the proximity sensor in my car. This is far superior to the MyQ opener that I had previous. Installation of the system for my garage took about 30 to 45 minutes and just took some basic tools to install.

I had a issue that was totally my fault. Email.supoort was quick and resolved the problem. Super HAPPY

Excellent product

Decently easy to install and works as intended. For my motorcycle I paired my phone to my helmets Bluetooth speakers and the garage automatically opens. My only complaint is that the wires are very small gauge and it can make it difficult to plug into the garage door opener along side the intended wires from the garage door wall button. For running two units I did have to rig some wires from one garage door to another and would have to recommend eventually having the doors wireless controlled from a central module would be a nice upgrade in the future. Overall, very happy and just leaving some constructive feedback.
