Shipping was great. Earlier than expected.

I received the item just a few days after ordering, so the shipping was very fast. Because of the fit, I returned it and purchased a different style instead. A few days after sending it back, I received an email confirming that my return was received and that I would get my refund in a few days.

This my my favorite designer!! The dresses are always a perfect fit and the designs are one of a kind!!!

There were many issues with the new changes in import requirements to Mexico, however, I received the support needed in order to receive my dress in time.

As someone who lives in Europe i was initially very scared to order because i never had any experience ordering from the US. Tadashi was so smooth in delivering it came so quick we couldn't believe it. The dress came a bit big so i asked for an exchange (btw super surprised that this was a possibility because in europe u send back and order again) and now we are waiting for the other dress to arrive and i will be set to go for my daughters wedding.
