Poor communication. Wrong item was
Poor communication. Wrong item was sent. Then I was told the item was out of stock and I would be issued a refund. After a week of not receiving the refund I asked if a different item was available and could be substituted since I not received the refund promised. I was told simply that the item was in stock. Never heard from them since, but over a week later both the replacement item and the refund showed up. Second star is just because they did “make it right”, though there was still no communication about doing so.

Wonderful and simple safety selector to install on your mp5 clone. Bought 2. One for my ptr9kt(mp5k) Clone and my buddies MAC mp5 clone, His needed some fitting but it did fit. Great website to buy from and thank you to the owner for reaching out during their flooding in texas to get back to me.

The end that has the taser is at the top, covered by a rubber cap that does not stay on very well. To use it, you have to remove the cap, flip the pole around, activate the switch and press the button if needed. Additionally, the taser, plus the batteries, make the pole quite top heavy and awkward to carry around. It is actually easier to handle when it is the shortest. Once extended to the size of a hiking pole, the top gets really heavy and hard on the arm
