Accidentally got sent the wrong size (easily happens) and because I'm overseas they let me keep the original pair and sent me out a new one! Quick to respond and really friendly to deal with, and good prices!! Highly recommend. Shoes fit amazing, I'm a true 7 and they're so comfy, my first pole heels so perfect for me to start with!

I asked for tracking information when it was stated that the parcel was delivered, though it weren't; I received the tracking information within hours and the boots arrived in pristine condition!
