I can't be more impressed with the service and deal I got from Tab-Retail on this refurbished Lenovo Ideapad Flex5 Ryzen 5 8GB 256GB. Once purchased the delivery was smooth and efficient. Upon enquiring about my package I was met with great online customer service. Having used the laptop for a while now I am really please with the standard of product and it meets all the needs I had when looking for a convertible laptop. Product came in great condition and it was a really great price too! Would highly recommend others to use Tab-Retail.

Fantastic service and Product, Highly recommended

This was my first order from TAB Retail. My initial reaction was good. website was uncluttered so you could see exactly what was going on. Second. I had an issue with the product I purchased, so contacted customer services. Not a problem. Lauren was on top of things and quickly resolved the problem. Would I recommend TAB Retail? Yes I would and would certainly consider returning to them to purchase any future needs.

I got some “refurbished” earbuds. I also recall reading that it was a product a customer had previously returned. They were about £50 everywhere else. I paid £18. And they were basically brand new in box. Didn’t look used at all and were clean, looked unused. Great experience and would recommend.

Fast delivery, keyboard it great but some of the keys are awkwardly placed. This is no fault of the seller of course. Ok for gaming but for a lot of typing I would avoid
