The product works as advertised. However, the service provided leaves much to be desired. The website stated "Orders received before 2 pm are eligible for next-business-day delivery in Bangkok. Deliveries to provinces outside of Bangkok take 2-3 business days. *" which was why I ordered it on Thursday before 2 pm ready to receive it on Friday when I arrived in Bangkok. But no, they sent it out on Friday. When I asked them about it, no explanation was given. And the parcel only got to me on Monday. A day before I left Bangkok.
