Product disappointing but they handled refund promptly
Shipping from NY to California took about 5 days (winter time). The packaging was good. The refurbished computer I ordered would start up, but I couldn't get a signal out of it. That's always a risk with a refurbished computer, so you should check yours out ASAP. I consulted the return policy and emailed System Liquidation with what they required. They sent an RMA and I sent the item back right away. Return shipping took 5 days and then the processing of the return was another 5 days, as they told me it would be. So I give them (Alex) props for treating me with courtesy and honesty. Now I just have to decide if I want to risk ordering another refurbished computer, especially from the other side of the country. I do recommend this company for their customer service.
