Perfect. At this stage of life, I no longer need a 3 hour workout in a gym. With these I can tone up every major muscle group in my bedroom at home. They came nicely packaged. Quality is 10 star. It’s easy to remove and replace the end plates for one of my exercises. They roll easily under my bed between workouts. Perfect.
