Swords arrived individually, packed in plastic and yet some of the tsubas were broken. The handle wrappings have already started coming apart after just one use. Buying cheap always results and more expensive problems. I would not recommend these. I love shopping at SwordNArmory. com though. Just didn’t have luck with this particularproduct.

I was missing a item. I contacted your customer service and didn't get a reply. Tried again a few days later and still no reply.

The package arrived in excellent protective containers in a very timely fashion given that I ordered it just before Christmas. The order department called me back quite quickly after I had called and left a message. Very accommodating, very knowledgeable, and very Customer Service oriented. I fully anticipate buying more swords from them in the future.
