I bought stainless steel cookware—fry pan and pot. I read and followed the instruction. Food sticks to fry pan from first use. I had tried all the methods available out there. But food sticks to pan and is very hard to clean. Destorys all food while use this stainless steel cookware. Very disappointed. I asked for a refund they refused. its been only one week since I bought. Very poor qality cook ware and isn't nonstick. So I searched on google, it has 1-2 star rating on product review. But Swiss Diamond website all 5 stars, thats all fake rating, seems like they wrote the review themselve

I bought this product in good faith, costing me over $300 for one piece. The second time I used it, the internal base surface peeled. Swiss Diamond said I must’ve done something incorrectly (which I did not - I just sautéed onion garlic and chilli flakes in it) so they decided they would not honour the warranty. I kept the pot for a few months but was unable to use it without food sticking, so I eventually threw it out and was left feeling very cheated! Don’t believe what they say about ‘lifetime warranty’. It’s completely conditional and at their discretion! Very disappointing!!

Good for spiced liquid braises. The juices reduce without burning and sticking. Yields an excellent sauce for the roast or chicken.

Lovely small frying pan. I was looking for a small frying pan - with a cover - and this seems to be hard to find (frying pan plus matched cover). The pan I purchased is very nice and easy to use and maintain. It is a bit expensive, but I would definitely recommend it.
