I have been a Swissgear customer for about 22 years. Although I have tried several other brands, I have NEVER had a quality problem with Swissgear backpacks, until this year. The warranty process was long and tedious, but the customer service was very helpful if I had questions along the way. I am hoping to have my replacement backpack within the next week (today is 9/18 and I started on 7/17.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . DO NOT HONOUR WARRANTY. NO LOCAL REPAIR PLACE OR REPLACEMENT. WILL ADVISE AGAINST BUYING SWISS GEAR.
