Great Product so far

I received my tether, but the packaging was damaged as well as the elastic chord. I contacted the company and was promptly shipped a replacement. The materials used to make the swim tether are high quality. I hope to get years of use from my tether.

The Swimtether works as described. No problems except for one. After a year or more the snap on one of the plastic clasp broke. Call the company. They replaced it immediately. Good customer service.

The swim tether is a great option during covid when pools are closed and all you have is a spa.

We ordered our tether because they closed down our lap pool in our neighborhood due to COVID. We have a small pool with a "pet size" lounging shelf. Luckily we had the forethought to put in an umbrella hole in the shelf. It was easy to measure and swim tether sent the proper adapter for the tether to fit. It arrived quickly, packaged appropriately, and easy to install. I waited a couple of weeks after the tether arrived to properly review it. Absolutely, hands down the best thing we have bought for our pool. Between my husband and I, it is used everyday. Tether sits high enough your feet never come close to getting tangled in the tether. It is strong, flexible and holds up to a very strong swim stroke. Once out of the water it dries quickly and stores away in the included bag. We bought the original Swim Tether with the 8' tether. It was a perfect for our pool.

The swim tether won't replace swimming in a lap pool. However, this is a great substitute when you don't have access to a lap pool. I have a small in ground pool in my back yard and the swim tether allows me to swim in my pool when the lap pool is closed.

Comfortable tether harness and quality materials! We attached it to our own “pole” placed in the location on our pool deck where there is already a hole for an unused pool ladder.

Every aspect of this transaction and product were great. Received it today and had my daughter swimming with it about 30 minutes later. She loved it, and had no complaints. She is a 15 year old competitive swimmer and is glad to be training again. I would definitely recommend this anyone looking for a good alternative to training in a smaller or residential pool. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and this trainer is worth it. Customer service was also great and Brent was quick to respond to a question I had, something that you don't always see these days.

I didn't want to write a review without actually getting and using my swim-tether. I think it is a great asset to my overall well being. I now get to train the way I did at my life time fitness center. I do my elliptical training, my weight training and now my mile swim. It is a great thing after I installed, which was quite easy watching the you-tube videos. I have used it now three days straight. Its great thank you.

We attached the tether strap to the fence railing and it works perfect. The grandchildren are having a great time with it. Our granddaughter (age 14) is using it for swimming practice, since she can't swim this summer due to Covid-19. The 2 grandsons (age 12 and 9) are using more like a body "sling shot" but having a ball with it!!
