Great customer service and follow-up!

I was looking for a large water bottle that I could put certain stickers/decals on. My smaller S'well is great for this so I assumed all s'wells would be. The rough outer coating of this bottle does not work with stickers/vinyls. I asked customer service if they recommended an alternative S'well I could exchange with but they said all S'well bottles do not work with decals (even though my first one does?). I wish this had been posted to the product page for the bottle, I would not have purchased it otherwise.

Shipping was lengthy and returning is a hassle. Returning is not free. Better brands in the stores.

I love my Swell but for this 71 yr old the weight of my Swell fully or half filled causes a pain in my neck after several hours of walking or touring. Could you please list the weight of Swell's with and without liquid?

Love this bottle!! You never knew that water could stay cold for so long in a hot car I’ve had several swell bottles. They are consistently my favorite.

Bubbling paint, and dent on the small dressing container that comes with it. Low quality for such an expensive product. Will not buy again.

Shopping was a little slow but I have always loved these crayola bottles so it was worth the wait. Wish they came in the 25 oz size since I need to drink a ton of water for my kidneys and it’s a lot easier in the larger size. Darling bottle to use in the car for shorter trips!
