I’m a huge fan these days of Swanndri products. Quality fabrics and classic designs. Perfect items for the cooler climate. Ordering and payment is easy online and delivery is timely. I I exchanged a size on one occasion, even that was easy and timely.

The shipping is great, but it is a pain how online orders can’t be dealt with in shops if you get the wrong size but genuinely overall it’s amazing service

Great options for exchange or refund. Exchange took a long time and it would have been great to have a free return postage label. Also the option of returning to the factory would be great.
