Awful. It’s been two weeks and my order hasn’t even shipped

the item was fine: it's the process that led to the item being purchased. back during the PGA championship. My wife purchased a Bryson Dechambau driver cover "let it fly" and it never shipped. my wife proceeded to ask for a refund for it not shipping. she received the refund but swag mentioned the item still was going to ship which put my birthday gift in limbo. i proceeded to order this barrel headcover because i determined it never was going to ship and we still never received the let it fly cover like we were told we would.

I’ve reached out to customer service twice for order help and no response.

Been purchasing from and engaging with SWAG since they hit the market. Love the products and get a ton of compliments as well. Finally was able to get the putter head cover to match with everything else! DR/3W/Hybrid/Towel/Putter — complete!

Have sent numerous emails about a mess up on a order. Received one reply back, then sent info needed, and now have not heard anything back.

I took a gamble on getting one of these covers. Received the Invisible Man. The cover runs a little tight, I’m sure it will stretch over time. The quality and the colors, omg the colors are bright and fun!! Shipping was pretty quick, took maybe a week for delivery. SWAG’s customer service is non responsive as we tried to order three more covers, two driver covers and another Monster Mugshot, I inadvertently ordered two MMs and 1 driver cover. I sent an email within minutes explaining the error. Swag never responded even to say “no” to my request to correct the order. Two stars due to lack of customer service.

First discovered Swag after playing with one of my clients who had one of their driver covers. Then I made the mistake of checking out their website which started the addiction. Yes, they are not cheap and in my younger years I could not afford them so they may not be for everyone. I started with a putter cover which quickly led to getting matching driver and hybrid set. Then a couple of their Anderson tshirts, two polos, a towel, a 1/4 zip, shoe bag, duffle bag, a hat, and just the other day bought a new wood cover set and matching putter cover. I don't think I've been to the driving range or golf course without someone complimenting me on the head covers and asking where I got them.
