The product arrived quite fast and came in perfect condition.

Memory is fuzzy but felt like forever for the package to get here. I didn't receive the tracking number until I already had the package. Fortunately I was home to receive it but yeah, not knowing when it was going to arrive was inconvenient. The packaging itself was excellent - the product was securely contained. The palette is also super cute and high quality and looks beginner friendly.

3 weeks to ship, no comms and damaged upon receipt -still awaiting a response from Stylvana - BEWARE!
