I have tried numerous times to use my Birthday Voucher and each time it is rejected as being invalid. I am following the terms and conditions of the voucher. I have not had this issue with previous vouchers. Have contacted the help desk and was told what I already knew. Very disappointed. Without this issue I would of given a 5 star rating.

Online shopping is so easy to navigate. The sizings are true to size so there is no stress about having yp return wrong sizes, but I also love going in to talk to the friendly staff.
