The shampoo helps to reduce itchy scalp and improve the hair texture. The only thing don’t have cool mont feeling.

Both products feel hydrating on the skin, aren't sticky but silky smooth on application. I was quite shocked about the menthol effect, scent and the tingling and coolness sensation on my skin after a few minutes with both products, the Rapid Itch Relief Moisturiser is certainly stronger than the Facial Mosturiser with menthol. It smells like Vicks Vaporub and certainly clears the nose! I do wonder how children with eczema would handle this sensation. . . But the menthol tingle does take away the itch, so very beneficial. I feel I need more hydration in the facial moisturiser, but I am so dry and get inflammed red patches on my face due to a histamine intolerance, and I'm currently in the middle of a flare. The facial moisturiser has helped with the irritation/itch, but hasn't improved the redness, I'm still trying to find something to combat the dryness and redness when I do get these regular flares. Will certainly continue to use these products for my eczema and glad to have been recommended them by a friend who also has eczema, discovered SuuBalm whilst living in Singapore. Very glad SuuBalm is readily available in Australia.
