Ordered a couple Aiphone products. One part was delivered in a timely manner. Packing list showed the other part was on backorder. I emailed customer support and got a quick response telling me it's on back order. After waiting over a month, submitting two emails asking for an update and no response or calling numerous times and no one will ever answer the phone (you have to leave a message), I finally get an email stating the part has been discontinued and a refund will be issued. Very frustrated and will never order from here again!!!

Terrible service, placed an order after waiting a week and did not receive any correspondence to my order being shipped or delayed. I eventually called them put me on hold for 15 minutes to finally come back and tell me it would take them a week to get the item from Canada. After letting them know my disappointment the representative brushed It Off like it was no big deal. I told him to cancel my order and refund my money immediately.

These guys told me they were sending the cameras. Sent them and they came in white but in black boxes. These people are suggesting that I did in fact receive the correct cameras and sent them back different ones. Yet they cant produce photos of what was sent to them from Hikvision and they conveniently do not have photos of when they accepted the package from Hikvision and then sent to me

Had rhombus installed a commercial building to view remotely it’s been great clear easy to view the few problems I’ve had were taken care of quickly response is quick with any questions and they’ve always taken care of the solutions the pictures are very clear clear enough to have face and car recognition. They keep track of whose coming and going. Installation was quick without disturbing my other tenants. I would recommend them we’ve had the equipment a year now.
