Hasta ahora el resultado es excelente. Desde hace años uso trajes Matuse pero tengo un problema con el talle, porque el MT es muy corto y el L es muy ancho, por eso decidí probar el LTS de Isurus. El traje se ajusta perfectamente, es muy cómodo y abrigado.

This is hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered a hoodless wetsuit on April 28th. Two weeks later, I was sent a hooded wetsuit instead. I followed their return instructions perfectly, but the company never sent a confirmation that they received the return. When I called to follow up, I spoke with Josh, who claimed to be a part-owner. Instead of resolving my issue, he complained to me about their 3PL (third-party logistics) issues and explicitly told me he "doesn't normally deal with these things. " He promised the correct suit would arrive the following week. A week later, there was still no suit. Josh offered a refund instead. I accepted, but after waiting another 10 business days, no refund was issued. At this point, they had held $525 of my money for over four weeks with zero product to show for it. When I pushed for my money back, Josh offered a discount on a future purchase to make up for the hassle, promising to finalise the refund that coming Monday. Monday came and went with total silence. I had to call again to force them to process the refund over the phone. When I followed up about the discount code he had offered to repair the relationship, he became defensive, told me he didn't have codes on hand, and has ignored my follow-ups since. Holding a customer's money for six weeks, ghosting them, and showing zero accountability is unacceptable. Save your time and money and buy from a company that actually respects its customers.
