I had to return a bulb that was not the correct size and it took a little time but what finally done. They didn't make me jump thru hoops which was good.

I was very happy to receive this beautiful pendant that matches my other chandeliers? Couldn't have gotten a better match. It did take a long time to receive it because it was back ordered but now that I have it ,it was worth the wait! Would have liked to have been notified about what was causing the delay but had to call about it twice !

I ordered 7 glass light shades for 2 different bathrooms in my house. Unfortunately, 2 of them arrived broken in the box. Customer service was excellent and agreed to replace them at no charge but then a few days later, they let me know the shades were back ordered 3 months. I was kind of stuck so just agreed to wait until they were available. Then a week later, I got an email stating they were being shipped. So in the end, I am loving the new shades in 2 bathrooms. They are beautiful and the bathrooms are so much brighter. A bit of a fiasco in getting them all to me but in the end, I am very pleased!
