TJC are excellent. Almost everything I have purchased has been of good quality and an even better price compared with other jewellery retailers. If there is a problem you simply ring them and they will sort it out there and then without any fuss. The Customer Service Team are second to none.

Item came on time, service is very good

Some of my encounters with customer services has not been good, I don't like being lied to. Others have even fantastic. I don't like being asked to review items quickly as sometimes I haven't received them. We used to get emails saying our items have been dispatched, I don't hear anything now. However, I love looking at the items for sale.
