I still don’t notice any significant change but I like the drink

The rep did well answering my question but I still haven’t received my product. Very disappointed how long it’s taking to get it. I received a shipment a couple of weeks ago ordered at the same time as the shipment that I haven’t received. If it takes this long to get the product I’m not sure I want to order from you again. Thank you Denise Brewer.

It took less than 24 hours to get my refund approved and on its way.

Their customer service is always spectacular. One of the few online companies I've used that has actual human beings working with you. I just love this product and the people behind it.

I called and asked to refund 2 products that were not working for me, the customer service representative took my information and said I had 5 days to return the product for a full refund. She then said she would email me the return labels. That email never arrived and the clock was running on my full return. I had to call again to request they please forward me the label to return the unused product. Finally after speaking to another representative the email was sent. This left me one day to get the product in the mail and off for my refund. Poor poor customer service.

Excellent Customer Service

My credit card was charged I never received tracking information, when I contacted customer service they cancel my subscription with out my authorization, I had to go back and forth with a customer service representative to get what I asked for on the first email I sent. I still have not received my shipment, I’m not happy at all.

I accidentally placed my order twice so charged $137 two times. When I called to hopefully delete one order they said i couldn’t and would need to return one. Never received the second in order to return even though tracking says it was delivered. Total mess that I’ve spent $274 on and I’m not thrilled with products either.

I have not been contacted, my question was not answered. Won't buy from you. If you can't answer a simpke question.
