Proof review was auto selected somehow when I did not wish to receive a proof. Due to this we missed our deadline. Systems issue. Quality was fine but, was not offer any type of solution when I addressed this.

Love how my labels turned out. Website was super easy to design my own label size and upload my company logo. Now all of my products have my name and logo on them!

VERY SLOW. Not satisfactory in that aspect.

Terrible at communication; multiple issues with slow responses and misunderstandings. They appear to just be middlemen and do a very poor job of communicating with their contracted manufacturers. They missed their "guaranteed" delivery date by 2 weeks and the product quality was HORRIBLE! At least half of the patches are cut off-center or have broken strings in the middle of the design. I will never use this company again and encourage all of my military friends to avoid them as well. Complete waste of money!
