I was supposed to get the part a week ago today, at the latest. And then it was supposed to arrive again today. It didn't. The mail carrier has come and gone. The tracking says it shipped, and that's all it says. That's all its ever said. Very disappointing. I could have and should have purchased it from Amazon. If so, it would have been delivered two and a half weeks ago. I thought it would be nice to try something different than Amazon, for a change. My mistake.

Web site was easy but ordered it Monday morning and paid extra for next day. It was not shipped until Tuesday and got it Wednesday.

Parts are what I was looking for. Took a little longer than expected. I’m happy with the product.

Weeks to get simple wiper blades. Told it was all USPS issue. Maybe you should consider a different carrier. Also, no offer of credit or refund.

We were so happy to receive our computer part for a headlight component from Superfordparts. We couldn't figure out why the brand new headlights we ordered from another company weren't working, and ordered the small computer panel in hopes that it would help. When I asked for shipping information, they provided it immediately, and the part arrived in perfect shape! We were able to get our headlights working in no time at all! We will definitely be ordering from Superfordparts in the future!

Ordered on 18 March. Was told it would be next day delivery. . . distance of 68 miles delivery. Called on 20 March and was told items would be shipped 21st of March. Notified by USPS to expect package March 21st by 9p. m. Nobody knew, to include me, that items shipped from Bellingham to Snohomish, first go to Seattle, then to Everett and then to Snohomish. . . each PO having its own schedule. Oversized box containing the 2 items had no padding whatsoever causing the filter to bang around inside the box. The filter had been previously opened, wrapped in a ripped plastic bag and place in the box. People were pleasant to deal with. Postal estimate was good, and prices were excellent.
