I wanted to write a review about the team at SuperflyInc. I ordered my wing, reserve chute, and two pairs Gin Rescue Carabiner 6mm. The order was short a pair of rescue carabiners. Simply notified them of the issue. Not only did I talk with the owner, but he rushed out a replace set. As if that wasn't enough the gentlemen who packed my order called and apologized for potentially taking away fly time and any inconvenience it may have caused. Awesome gear! and customer service at a level I have never experienced. Superflyinc has made a customer for life with me! Thanks guys!
