I have inserts for heals & flat shoes. They really help my heal pain. The ordering was easy & product came quickly.

Unbelievable relief from planters fasciitis. I would definitely recommend to any body with planters fasciitis.

They're fine if not a huge improvement on the insoles that came with the shoes (Oboz). They're also a bit short for my size 13 shoe - should have gone up a size and trimmed back.

I purchased these insoles for my goalie skates because I play some pick-up games that last 75+ minutes with only one short break, and I had problems with my feet standing that long. I put these insoles into my goalie skates and there has been a huge improvement during those long games.
