I am taking Tremella & Mason's mushrooms. I started on Dec 16th, so not quite 2 weeks. So far it feels good in the body, looking forward to more time for the mushrooms to integrate into the body and to see how that feels.

I just don’t know if it gives me an upset stomach or not right after taking, and if that’s normal. I like the difference after the tummy ache is gone
