I’m really impressed with this product! It helped keep my skin hydrated and fade a bit of my pigmentation. I also found that it has cleared up my phlegm, which was an unexpected bonus. On top of that customer service was exceptional. . . friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. Products are excellent, love the products and the company. Purchased 250g Jing, Shen and QI multiple times. All of which the bags don't seal properly, I did reach out to let them know, they were nice enough to send a few extra bags to re bag them but it doesn't resolve the issue, and I don't want to have to resolve to using pegs and rubber bands worrying If my precious herbs are going to be ruined. Surely I'm not the only one? Anyhow the herbs are quality and would recommend to others If it wasn't for the faulty bags. I'd give 5 stars If it wasn't for the bags. Superfast express postage and I'm in WA. The Ashwagandha capsules are excellent 👌
