I love all things SuperFeast. I started using Reishi back in 2017 when I started a journey to lower the number of toxins in my life. Unfortunately despite its usefulness, the relationship didn't last that time. But then last year I found that old jar and thought maybe it might be the answer and help to regulate my nervous system. I have not only been using it since but I expanded my regime, first to Jing and then to Mason's Mushies. I have loved feeling my body and my mood evolve in response to these beautiful tonics that now nourish me everyday. I cherish the subtle boost that Jing invites and the extra layer of protection that Mason's offers to a teacher surrounded by sickness and germs. I really enjoy the way Reishi helps me to shut down different parts of the day in my brain, leaving it clear for sleep.
