Although metro areas said 10 days delivery, I had to wait 15 for my adjustable dumbbells to arrive, no biggie, but just to let others know its not always sumo strength, it can be with the couriers too, especially if you don't live near one of the sumo strength Warehouse's. So be patient.

Order took forever to get here and i had to make several phone calls to find out where it was. Reception hours on from 10-14:00 and only realised it was lost after me following up.
