Excellent experience as always

After many years of reliable service and many Whitetail deer killed, my gun rest broke at the mounting bracket and tightening knob. I purchased a replacement and I am looking forward to using it for the start of gun season tomorrow. See the photo of how the rest should be mounted in relation to the stand when nested together. The gun rest drops to the outside of the platform cross bar and the nesting strap passes inside the gun rest

I am new to the climber world, but a few buddies highly recommended Summit so I took to trusty Ol' Youtube and decided to order a Viper SD. The more I use my Viper the more comfortable I get. I love the stand all around and the diversity. Well made! I wish the front bar had a hole drilled to be locked at the level position as well. I am worried there may need to be a small amount of material added to the bar it attaches to. Just to support weight, on the pin. Good day, happy hunting!
