Although we might not be able to use the joint and mobility IBM for large dogs anymore, (we are having to pivot to an aggressive pain management plan for our senior Boxer), we still highly recommend this company and their leadership. The owner personally reached out to us after requesting a refund due to change in our medications and we appreciated the time that he took to speak with my husband on the matter and check on our dog. Would just recommend for customer service alone!
