I absolutely love my Summer Fridays lippies... I couldn't think of a single negative however when it comes to advertising and customer relations I do have one disgruntled complaint. I ordered a little over 2 days after I received the email about the free keychain and never imagined it would already be sold out so I foolishly assumed it would still be available but to my sadness it was not included in my order when it arrived and mind you that due was the ONLY item i ordered because it was all I wanted, the due and keychain, at the time because my husband had just surprised me with a nice expensive shopping spree with ya recently so I didn't want much at the moment. I was disappointed so I contacted support about it and all I keep getting back was sorry it's gone basically, there were more words of course but I don't need to give the semantics, I saved the correspondence, I am bothered because y'all had to of known there are people who would buy in bulk to upcharge online (as they ARE doing) and you had to of known how amazing your lippies are and we've love to have a keychain to pair.. why not make sure we'd all get a nice pairing to boot? anyway I love y'all, thank you for the amazing lippies
