Excellent experience I had very professional customer experience

Amazing product

Very good. Low power consumption. Using the Genlink at 1, power consumption of 1. 6hp is 450w. The cooling is superb at full capacity. It's good for inverter and generator. It saves power and still cools well at night. I highly recommend it. The only thing is that I cannot activate the WIFI which I need assistance to do. I need further information about the health button on the remote. What it does, whether it actually kills viruses and bacterial as not much details were given on the manual (except that it says that it generates ions) Overall it's an amazing AC with good and fasting cooling capacity, and can lower energy costs.

It's good doing business with you.

The customer service was great. The sales team down to the security details were super friendly. But a shout out to Hope, she really is a lady of great character. A bonus to her salary won't be a bad idea. She's so good and eager to help. If I am making another purchase, it's all her goodness.
