I had a really good experience with Toqa, she was so kind and patient. She took her time to explain each product and helped me understand the different options before making her recommendations. I really appreciated how helpful and friendly she was. The customer service was excellent, and I left feeling happy with the experience. Thank you for the great service.

I was so excited to stop at the Vaughan Mills Sukoshi to pick up some of my favourite Korean skin care. Even more so to check out other products not available where I live . An amazing store, amazing assortment of products and 5 star sales help. Ariana had impeccable customer service, she took her time to ask me questions about my skin care concerns, recommended several different products . She was kind and patient. It was a pleasure to talk skin care and purchase my products with her. What a great experience! I would gladly drive 2 hours back to shop with her again. Thanks Ariana!

Truly loved the customer service with Serena today and amazing product knowledge which made my shopping experience easy.

I would like to say a big thank you to Gabby she is amazing, with a smile on her face, very well informed about all the products in her store. Helpful service. Mrs. Peggy S.
