Anytime I’ve had an issue, they’ve responded incredibly fast and handled it with care. When my setting spray bottle cap didn’t work, they immediately sent me a replacement free of charge. The same thing happened when a pair of tweezers arrived bent—they quickly shipped me a brand-new pair at no cost. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their products this much. I love this brand so much

I'm a master lash artist with 21 years experience. I have tried so many glues over the years and primarily dedicated to Novalash for 15 yrs but then I found Sugarlash❤️. I find Sugarlash consistency to be more Universal for Classics and all styles even handmade fans. The cost is reasonable. I am extremely pleased with their glue Bond Noir. 😕My only complaint is that you no longer sell the v90 master tweezers. I am a very mature lash artist and need these tweezers badly for my arthritis. I wish that customer seevice would be more willing to help me get them, especially since your still carrying tweezers from the same manufacturer.
