I wanted a rear spoiler

GREAT service, product and price. Many other parts guys and two Range Rover dealers could not figure out my part. Suburban not only got it right but saved me from spending $1,400 on a $395 fix. Thanks

I'm not sure what the
I'm not sure what the gentleman's name was that helped me, but he found a very hard part to locate, (a defroster door that mounts inside the havoc box) for my 1998 chevy s10. He was patient, very helpful, and very courteous in helping me locate the part. He promised me shipping on the part by the end of the day, and he lived up to his word. Unfortunately, the recent Midwest snowstorm delayed the package, but knowing the part was shipped was a big relief. I cannot thank this man enough for his help, and I will not hesitate to use, or recommend Suburban Auto Parts again should the need arise. Again, thank you EVER so much for your help.

Avoid Suburban Hyundai Parts Department
I've placed several orders over the last year and a half. I'm having issues with the Hyundai store. There's a parts employee who isn't doing their due diligence prior to canceling my $1600 orders. I've tried it twice and there's been no communication regarding any issues, just a flat out cancellation of my order, and then follow-up emails. There are easy explanations if the employee took the initiative to ask. Poor customer service. It's ok, you're not the only dealership selling parts online. There are several with the same prices.
