Amazing, don’t normally use Gels as had a bad experience before. Was recommended Styrkr gels for a 50 mile ultra marathon. No issue and no regrets. Along with the rice bars which are mega!!

I struggle with dehydration daily but it exacerbates when I play sport or sleep as I overheat. I have found the electrolyte tables have improved my hydration levels leaving me feeling less dehydrated which has also decreased the frequency of my migraines which are triggered by dehydration.

Great tasting electrolytes (especially berry and lime). Managed a sub 3 hour marathon using your gels. Also tasted pretty good and was easy on the gut! Will absolutely be using again and recommend to all my runner mates.
