Third item that I received that smelled terrible. None of them were expired. And used a few days after receiving the package. Just because it’s outside of 48 hour policy, nothing could be done. I buy so many products from here, I can’t use them all within 48 hours to ensure they’re okay. So disappointed. Three times! Three different products. I don’t know how these items are being stored but they smell awful. I can’t risk purchasing here anymore, unfortunately. I don’t know what I will get.

Shipping was fast, and the item was very well packed. It arrived in excellent condition. I just wish the outer box and the cream container had tamper-evident seals for extra peace of mind. Overall, I'm happy with the product so far, and my skin feels soft and well moisturized after using it.

All from products, pricing, cost of shipping and customer service are a 5 but- the time it takes to get your products; I rather pay more or at least have that as a choice for fast shipping! It will not stop me from buying from STYLEVANA- I´m a returning customer!
